Engagement

A clear path from first conversation to working capability

Most engagements begin with an Outcome Assessment. Where the assessment shows a strong case, it leads to a governed Enterprise Pilot. Each step ends with a decision you make on clear evidence.

  1. Outcome AssessmentDefine the outcome and decide whether to pilot
  2. Enterprise PilotValidate the capability in one governed workflow
  3. ScaleExtend what has been verified across the organization

Outcome Assessment

The starting point for most engagements. We apply the Enterprise Capability Engineering Methodology™ (ECEM) to one priority outcome, working with your leadership and the teams who own it to define the outcome clearly and map what it would take to achieve it.

What it includes

  • Working sessions with your leadership and the teams who own the outcome
  • A clear definition of one priority institutional outcome and how success will be measured
  • A review of the data, systems and decision points the outcome depends on
  • A map of who holds authority over each decision and where human judgment is required
  • The evidence each decision must produce, defined before anything is built
  • A first view of the capability, intelligence, infrastructure and governance the outcome requires

What you receive

  • A written Outcome Assessment you can share with your leadership team
  • The defined outcome with agreed success measures
  • A capability and governance map, including the points that need human authorization
  • Readiness gaps and risks, stated plainly
  • A statement of which engine components are available for your environment and which would need pilot validation
  • A recommended pilot scope with success criteria, or a clear reason not to proceed yet

The decision it supports

Whether a governed Enterprise Pilot is worth pursuing, and if it is, which outcome, workflow and success measures it should be built around.

Enterprise Pilot

A governed pilot in the workflow agreed during the assessment. The engine runs under your own authority, and results are measured against the success criteria set at the start.

What it includes

  • The engine applied to one agreed workflow under your governance rules
  • Human authorization at the exception points identified in the assessment
  • Validation of the proposed capabilities against the agreed success measures
  • A validation and approval process for lessons before they enter institutional memory
  • Regular reviews with your pilot owner, using the findings to refine the architecture

What you receive

  • A working governed capability in the selected workflow
  • Results measured against the agreed success criteria, including failed attempts, human review, corrections and operating cost, not only model accuracy
  • A record of decisions, exceptions and human authorizations
  • Validated and approved lessons added to institutional memory
  • A recommendation to scale, adjust or stop, with the reasons

The decision it supports

Whether to scale the capability across the organization, adjust it, or stop, based on verified results and not on expectations.

Discuss an Enterprise Pilot

We agree the scope, timing and terms of each step with you before any work begins.

Readiness

What is designed, available and proposed for validation

Each engagement keeps these three apart, so every decision rests on what has actually been shown.

Architecture design

Shared from the start

The engine's design is shared with you from the first conversation, so you can see how it is meant to work before any commitment.

Available implementation

Confirmed in the assessment

The Outcome Assessment states in writing which components are available for your environment.

Proposed for pilot validation

Tested in the pilot

Anything not yet validated in a client deployment is tested in the Enterprise Pilot against agreed success measures before it is recommended for scale.

Start with the outcome you need

Tell us the institutional outcome you are working toward. An Outcome Assessment maps the capability, intelligence, infrastructure and governance it requires, and shows whether a governed pilot is worth pursuing.
